TOTAL: ___/100
INTERPRETATION:
80-100: CORE-complete. Ready for scale.
60-79: Strong foundation. 1-2 rings need attention.
40-59: Gaps in multiple rings. Prioritize Ring 1 first.
0-39: Early stage. Start at Ring 1, work outward.
PRIORITY RULE: Never optimize Ring N+1 until Ring N scores >=15/25.
Ring 1 wrong → everything outward is optimized for the wrong goal.
Stage 2: ARC Conversion (/core:arc)
Goal: Convert output from any ORBWEVA skill into ARC-formatted knowledge entries.

This skill is the orchestrator. It doesn't replace any skill —
it sequences them and converts their outputs into the CORE framework.
Principles
- Rings build outward in dependency order. Get Ring 1 wrong -- everything outward is optimized for the wrong goal.
- Skills are the building blocks, CORE is the blueprint. Each skill produces raw material; CORE assembles it into a business.
- ARC before AER. Never automate what you haven't documented. Knowledge first, automation second.
- Measure what matters. Grow shows what's working. Without metrics, you're guessing.
- The assessment never ends. CORE is a quarterly cycle, not a one-time exercise.
