When to Use

Use this skill when:

• When the project is trivial (a single-page script, one-off automation) — structured adoption overhead exceeds benefits

Core Workflow

Step 1: Define Constraint Requirements

Extract 3-5 concrete requirements from project context. Each requirement must be measurable and falsifiable. Vague requirements produce vague technology choices.

MUST DO
