- The proposal separates bookkeeping execution, management accounting, statutory/tax compliance, audit support, and professional judgement instead of collapsing them into vague "financial management".

Output Checks
- Does the methodology cover AR, AP, cash/bank, inventory, payroll, tax, fixed assets, loans, grants, revenue, expenses, journals, close, and reports where relevant?
