• Online/offline behavior is consistent for decision-critical features.
• Feature ownership and monitoring are explicit.

Failure Conditions

• Stop when feature logic diverges between training and serving.
• Stop when feature value cannot justify operational complexity.
• Escalate when parity gaps remain unresolved.
