Quality Standard

• Serving SLOs are measurable and enforced.
• Rollout blast radius is controlled.
• Rollback decisions are objective and fast.

Failure Conditions

• Stop when serving cannot meet latency/reliability targets.
• Stop when rollback path is unverified.
• Escalate when rollout risk exceeds policy thresholds.
