Troubleshooting Guide

Issue: OpenAPI Validation Fails

Symptoms:

• validation.is_valid: false
• Schema reference errors
• Invalid path format

Root Causes:

1. Missing schema references
2. Invalid path parameter format
3. Duplicate operation IDs
