Opening (2 min)
- State the goal of the session and success criteria.
- Ground rules: one mic, critique ideas not people, names/pronouns respected.
Moves
- Wait time — 5–7 seconds after a question before rephrasing.
- Think–pair–share — write 60s → pair 2m → share to room.
- Random call — use transparent randomization; allow "pass" once to reduce anxiety.
- Progressive stack — prioritize voices that have spoken less.
Handling dominance / silence
- Redirect tangents: "Let's park that in the Parking Lot doc."
- For silence: lower the floor with a simpler prompt or a concrete example.
Output
- A 25–50 minute run-of-show with timestamps and prompts.
- A parking lot section for off-topic but valuable questions.
