The 14 Core Principles

1. Play the long game. Creator businesses are exponential curves disguised as flat lines for 12-18 months. Patience is strategic, not passive.
2. Validate with wallets, not words. The "wallet test" — if people already pay to solve this problem elsewhere, you have a market. "That's cool" is not validation.
3. A UVP is not a tagline. It's the strategic reason someone chooses you over every alternative, including doing nothing. Go three levels deep.
4. Movement > Brand. Movements create tribal identity and self-selection. When people identify as your customer, acquisition costs collapse.
5. Match content to awareness. Most creators only create bottom-of-funnel content. The real volume is at the top — making people aware they have a problem.
6. Distribution before product. Own at least one distribution channel before you build products. Content is the top-of-funnel engine.
7. Hub & Spoke everything. One pillar piece becomes 10+ derivative pieces. This is how you 10x output without 10x effort.
8. Stack your offers. The Profit Pyramid turns one audience into five revenue tiers. Each tier feeds the next.

10. Email is the most valuable asset. Social platforms are rented land. Your email list is owned real estate. Build it relentlessly.

13. Automate the repeatable. If you do it more than twice, systematize it. Content, email, fulfillment — systems beat hustle.

  Ask every customer 3 questions:
  1. Where have I created the most value?
  2. What do you wish you could get more of?
  3. What felt like a waste of time?

I — ITERATION
  Make two lists from feedback:
  • What clients love vs. what they never mention
  • What you love doing vs. what you hate
  The overlap = your premium offer

T — TESTIMONIALS
  Go back to clients who reported big results.
  Ask for specific numbers: revenue generated, time saved, outcomes achieved.
  "2x revenue in 6 months" makes your price irrelevant.

I — INCREASE
  With clear value data, a focused offer, and quantified proof,
  package it at a price reflecting value created, not time spent.
