GTM Strategy

Output Structure

• Motion: PLG, SLG, or hybrid; rationale.
• Segments: Target segments, criteria, priority.
• Channels: Inbound, outbound, partners; allocation.
• Capacity: Team size, coverage model, quotas.
• Metrics: Key metrics (pipe gen, conversion, CAC, LTV).
• Recommendations: Next 90 days, risks, dependencies.
