   • For .goga/history/<year>/<topic>/<kind>.md → <target> = <topic>
   • For src/cell/my-cell → <target> = src/cell/my-cell
   • For my-cell → <target> = my-cell

2. Arguments are empty — ask the user:

   • question: "What do you want to review?"
