Organic Content Analyzer
Organic posts reveal what a market's audience actually engages with — the themes, the caption voice, the hooks, the CTAs. That intel sharpens both organic strategy and ad copy (the best ad hooks are often proven organic hooks). This skill mines it from Ranql.
Step 1 — Pull the organic data
For a market/competitor view (fastest, synthesized):
market_social_pulse — live competitor organic posts + ad activity across the market.
social_overview — cross-platform snapshot for a firm.
For platform-level detail on a specific firm (own or competitor):
social_facebook_posts, social_instagram_posts, social_linkedin_posts, social_youtube_videos.
- Pass
domain / handles from get_my_profile (own) or research the competitor's handles.
For topic demand (what people are searching, which makes great content):
market_question_keywords — real questions people ask (perfect for FAQ/educational content).
market_keyword_clusters — topic groupings.
Step 2 — Extract the patterns
Across the posts, capture:
- Themes — what topics recur? (case results, client stories, legal-tip/educational, community involvement, team/behind-the-scenes, seasonal/timely, awards/press). Note which themes get engagement.
- Caption structure — how do they open? (question, bold claim, story, stat). Length? Emoji use? Line breaks/formatting?
- Hooks — the first line. Collect the ones that recur or perform. These are gold for ad headlines too.
- CTAs — what action do posts push? ("Call for a free consult", "DM us", "Link in bio", "Tag someone who…", "Read the full story"). Note the difference between organic CTAs (softer, engagement-oriented) and ad CTAs (direct, conversion-oriented).
- Cadence & format — how often, and what mix (reels/video vs static vs carousel vs text). Video/reels usually win reach.
- Voice — does it match the brand kit voice? Where competitors are stiff, an approachable voice is an opening.
Step 3 — Turn it into usable output
Produce two things (see references/content-insights-template.md):
- Organic content intel — themes, top hooks, caption formulas, CTA patterns, cadence, format mix, and the engagement signal for each.
- Reusable assets:
- A hook bank — 10–20 proven opening lines (from what's working), adaptable to this firm. These seed both organic posts and ad headlines.
- A CTA bank — organic CTAs and ad CTAs, separated.
- Theme → content-type map — which themes to turn into reels vs carousels vs educational posts.
How this connects
- Ad copy (
ad-creative-studio / campaign-builder): pull the highest-performing organic hooks and CTAs into ad headlines and primary text — proven language, lower risk.
- Content plan (
strategy_content_plan via Ranql): combine these themes with market_question_keywords for a full editorial calendar.
- Voice consistency: cross-check against the
brand-kit-extractor voice section so organic and paid sound like one firm.
Trust note
Organic scrapers can miss private/limited accounts and recent posts. "No posts found" may mean a restricted account, not inactivity — verify before concluding a competitor is dormant.
