Standard Unit (84 sq m / 900 sq ft) Layout Tips
Living room: approx. 5.5 x 3.5m
-> 3-seat sofa (220cm) + coffee table + TV stand + side table
-> For L-shaped sofa, verify clearance (minimum 300cm wall space)
Kitchen: approx. 3 x 3m
-> L-shape or I-shape + island table (if space permits)
-> Fridge location: near entrance (minimize traffic)
Master bedroom: approx. 3.5 x 3.5m
-> Queen bed (160cm) + nightstands on both sides
-> Dresser or vanity near window
Second bedroom: approx. 3 x 2.5m

Three-Layer Lighting Structure
Ambient (overall): Ceiling fixtures, recessed lights — overall room brightness
Task (work): Desk lamp, pendant — focused work area lighting
Accent (mood): Floor lamp, candles — atmosphere creation
Height standards:
Pendant (over dining table): 75-90cm above table surface
Floor lamp: Beside sofa, reading height 120-150cm
Wall sconce: 150-170cm from floor
