Core Judgment
Decision Logic
Experience rule: digital-first brand systems
Prioritize: readability、hierarchy、recognition、breathing room、channel fit。
Reduce: decorative effects、
What breaks the output:
Workflow
Diagnose:
Output:
Output Format
Medium: web、social、deck、print、OOH 或 mixed touchpoint。
Visual Strategy: 1-2
Information Priority: primary / secondary / support / remove。
Hierarchy Plan:
Layout Direction: grid、spacing、density、safe area。
Color Logic:
Typography Logic:
Image / Graphic Logic:
Reduction Notes:
Adaptation Notes:
Quality Bar
Anti-Patterns
Readability afterthought:
Case-backed evidence: Pentagram editorial / identity work
Case-backed evidence: Koto digital-first systems
Evaluation Criteria
Hierarchy clarity:
Information priority:
Focal control:
Structural grounding: grid、alignment、spacing
Breathing room:
Visual unity: color、type、image、spacing
Readability:
Real-world performance:
Execution stability:
Production readiness:
Production Notes
Canonical References
Grid & Layout: 支持 hierarchy、alignment、spacing、proportion。
Information Design: 支持 clarity、priority、complexity reduction。
Typography: 支持 readability 和 type hierarchy。
Studio References
Pentagram: 可验证 identity / editorial / cultural visual order。
Mucho: 可验证 clarity、warmth 和 practical visual systems。
Koto: 可验证 contemporary digital-first visual systems。
Validation Notes
案例验证结论:Koto / digital-first cases 证明 touchpoint consistency 需要 spacing、type、motion / asset behavior 共同支撑。
Contemporary Validation Sources: D&AD、The Brand Identity、BP&O 可作为质量和 contemporary benchmark。
Evidence Gaps
Production Proof
First production proof focus: cross-medium hierarchy stability.
Production proof does not ask whether the design looks better. It asks whether the design survives execution.
Real-world Stress Conditions
Small-screen collapse:
Compression:
Presentation projection:
Brand asset mismatch: logo、icon、
Production Constraints
Required ratio
Text may expand due to localization or stakeholder additions.
Minimum type size must be defined per medium.
Color contrast must survive screen and print variation.
Assets may arrive in mixed resolution or inconsistent crop.
Output may need multiple variants, not simple resize.
Output Loss Layer
What collapses under pressure: secondary hierarchy、spacing rhythm、image-text balance。
What survives: 明确主标题、强 focal point、稳定 grid、可重复 brand cue。
What loses brand signal:
Failure Under Execution
Production Recovery Rules
If hierarchy collapses, enlarge primary message first, not all text.
If crop loses focal point, rebuild composition around safe center or defined crop anchor.
If density increases, remove support content before shrinking typography.
If contrast drops, darken text or simplify background before adding shadow.
If brand signal weakens, repeat a stable asset behavior, not just enlarge logo.
If texture becomes noise, remove texture and preserve grid / type rhythm.
If multiple variants are required, adapt layout per ratio instead of resizing one master.
