Procedure
- State the current state and target artifact.
- Identify missing blockers and ask at most three blocking questions.
- Separate facts, assumptions, hypotheses, and open questions.
- Apply the anti-rationalization table below.
- Produce the required artifact: Engineering Grill Report.
- Add evidence, risks, decision, and next state.
Anti-Rationalization

Example
Trigger: an engineering plan needs pressure-testing before implementation. Action: compare scripts, checklists, human review, and agent workflows; require file scope, rollback, and validation proof. Output artifact: templates/grill-report.md with blockers and next action. Verification: cite architecture risks, data risks, operability checks, and smallest safe path.
A request says, "Add recurring workspace cleanup."
