Watch an ASC CLI pull request
Preserve the PR context and authority under AGENTS.md: status reads once; watch repeats until a terminal state; fix-and-watch also applies authorized fixes. Watching alone grants no edit, commit, push, or reply authority. A one-time check ends after reporting its snapshot; do not start a full readiness audit or heartbeat unless requested or already authorized.
Recheck current state

- Verify new claims against code, API schemas, and existing behavior.
- Reproduce a valid defect and add or update a focused test before changing behavior.
- Implement the smallest coherent fix, run the affected checks and required local review, then commit and push when authorized. Complete the final full-branch review loop in
AGENTS.md before returning clean.
- When review communication is authorized, reply to and resolve only the threads fully addressed by that push.
- Re-fetch the PR after pushing and confirm the live head, checks, and thread state.
- Continue from the fresh head while required checks or reviews remain pending; apply new authorized fixes in additive commits.
