Produce a decision another maintainer can verify without trusting the candidate's marketing copy. Preserve the directory's stated scope and standards. Do not lower the threshold because a project is popular, and do not reject a useful niche resource only because it has few stars.
Establish the candidate

Decide
Use exactly one disposition:
