Required inputs

• Audience, purpose, channel, length, and desired reader action.
• Source material: facts, observations, examples, draft, or lived experience supplied by the user.
• Voice constraints, claims that require verification, and words or ideas that must remain.
• Any privacy, attribution, consent, or brand constraints.

Workflow

1. Define the reader, job to be done, central point, and format constraint.
2. Inventory source material and separate verified facts, personal observations, inferences, and gaps.
3. Find the human angle: a concrete scene, tension, choice, failure, trade-off, or useful consequence.
4. Draft from specifics toward meaning; use plain language, varied rhythm, and an honest point of view.
5. Audit every paragraph for generic abstraction, unearned certainty, repetition, filler, and evidence drift.
6. Replace slop markers with a concrete detail, mechanism, example, or deletion; do not add invented color.
7. Run a final source, attribution, privacy, and reader-value check before delivery.

Ask up to 3 questions before drafting:

1. Who is the reader, what should they understand or do, and where will this appear?
2. Which concrete facts, observations, scenes, or experience may I safely use?
3. What voice, length, attribution, privacy, or factual boundaries must remain intact?

• If source material is thin, write a useful outline or marked draft instead of fabricating detail.
• Label invented placeholders as placeholders and never let them pass as final facts.
• Preserve uncertainty when the evidence is partial or the user's experience is ambiguous.
