AADE credentials are used for authenticated read-only checks of announcements, rate changes, and system status. This skill never submits filings.

Scope & safety:

• This skill is read-only — it reads from AADE systems but never writes or submits anything
• Monitoring runs are user-invoked or cron-scheduled — the agent does not run autonomously without configuration
• All alerts are written to local files; Slack/SMS delivery only if explicitly configured by the user
• No client data is sent externally — only AADE system status is checked
