Dilatory / "Attrition"
Characteristics: maximizes time; frequent extensions; complex discovery; appeals every intermediate order.
Predicts:

- Leveraging of client's financial constraints

- Forum non conveniens arguments are available in DIFC/ADGM but not in civil law forums
