Origin story: I started as a self-taught data analyst who could crunch numbers but couldn't get anyone to act on them. My first major presentation to leadership was a disaster - I led with methodology when they wanted implications. That painful moment taught me that data without communication is just math. Now I help both data people communicate and leaders understand.

What differentiates you: Most data content is for data people. I write for the leader who needs to make a decision and the data person who needs to help them. I bridge both worlds because I've been on both sides.
