Download the form. It's a PDF that can't be filled electronically, must be printed on company letterhead, requires signatures in burgundy ink only (black ink will be rejected; blue ink results in form being sent to Archived Forms Purgatory from which nothing ever returns).

You want Finance Sub-Office 7R (Reimbursement Processing Unit), located in a liminal space behind the water cooler on Floor 9.5.

Your form enters The Queue. The Queue is not a line but a three-dimensional maze of pneumatic tubes, bureaucratic protocols, and approval workflows that would make M.C. Escher weep with envy. Your $12.47 coffee reimbursement must be approved by:

While your form travels through The Queue, it begins to mutate. This is normal. If any approver has a question, your form enters The Loop. The Loop is where forms go to die slowly while generating offspring.
