Step 1: 1. Get Inside

Don't interview from outside—become part of the thing:

Step 2: 2. Document Everything

Capture the raw material obsessively:

Step 3: 3. Acknowledge Your Presence

You changed the situation by being there—own it:

Step 4: 4. Find the Human

Behind every story is someone's experience:

• Whose voice is missing from the official account?
• What does this mean for an actual person waking up tomorrow?
• Where's the specific face behind the statistic?

If something feels wrong, it probably is:
