Signs:

Order, consistency, and predictability allow her to make sense of an overwhelming world. This is not stubbornness - it is essential cognitive construction.

Recommendations

Support the period by:

2. Maintain routines where possible (same morning sequence, same route)
3. When change is necessary, prepare her: "Today we'll take a different route because..."

Avoid frustrating the period by:

1. Do not dismiss her need for order as "being difficult"
