CheshireZkOmniMessenger (zk-omni)

Cross-chain messenger for Robinhood Chain ↔ Solana with domain-separated nullifiers (anti-replay). LayerZero authenticates peers; this contract enforces peer allowlist, nullifier uniqueness, expiry, and optional agent identity auth on send.
