Weekly Report

Default Context

Use the configured report workspace when available:

cd /Users/guohuixian/privite/weekly-report

Primary generator:

python3 ./gen-weekly-report.py

The configured repositories are documented in repositories.md. Load that file when you need the repo list or fallback workflow.

Workflow

1. Generate source material.

   • For an explicit date range, run:

     python3 ./gen-weekly-report.py --date-range YYYYMMDD-YYYYMMDD
     

   • For Friday automation, calculate the current week Monday through Friday in Asia/Shanghai and pass that as --date-range.
   • If the user asks for the default behavior, run without --date-range.

2. Read this-week.prompt.txt.

3. Write the final report in Chinese using the same section style:

   • 本周完成工作
   • numbered project sections
   • 下周规划
   • numbered project sections
   • 工作感悟（包括但不限于：行业新insight、困难及建议、经验及方法）

4. Save the final report as:

/Users/guohuixian/privite/weekly-report/weekly-report-final-YYYY-MM-DD.md

Use the run date for YYYY-MM-DD.

5. Verify the final report:
   • Confirm the report covers the actual commit material.
   • Remove stale manual notes if the user says they no longer apply.
   • Do not include old topics just because they are present in local-config.json.

Writing Preferences

• Write concise Chinese weekly-report language, not a commit-by-commit translation.
• Prefer business/work themes over file-level details.
• For AI MAX work, group around engineering transformation themes such as:
  • AI Marketer backend work, explicitly labeled as 后端
  • AI Marketer frontend work, explicitly labeled as 前端
  • AI engineering context, e.g. AGENTS.md
  • global i18n / default language behavior
  • layout, app shell, logo, and brand resource changes
  • Paid Collab page refactor
  • Paid Collab Agent modules
  • Markdown/report rendering
  • CI / acceptance / engineering quality
• For Codex skills work, group around agent skill/workflow changes and mention it as Codex skills.
• If there is no geo/VOC work this week, do not include geo/VOC sections.
• If a source looks like internal developer-only detail, rewrite it as a readable weekly-report item.

Fallback Without The Report Workspace

If /Users/guohuixian/privite/weekly-report or gen-weekly-report.py is unavailable:

1. Load repositories.md.
2. For each repo, run git fetch origin <branch> and:

   git -C <repo> log origin/<branch> --since="YYYY-MM-DD 00:00:00" --until="YYYY-MM-DD 23:59:59" --author="Sonia_娴" --no-merges --date=short --pretty=format:"%ad | %h | %s"
   

3. Also run:

   git -C <repo> status --short
   

4. Draft the same final report format directly from those materials.

Automation Prompt Pattern

For Codex scheduled automation, use a prompt like:

Generate Sonia's Chinese weekly report for the current week. Use /Users/guohuixian/privite/weekly-report. Calculate the Asia/Shanghai current week Monday-Friday date range, run python3 ./gen-weekly-report.py --date-range YYYYMMDD-YYYYMMDD, read this-week.prompt.txt, and write weekly-report-final-YYYY-MM-DD.md. Focus on actual this-week commit themes from the configured repositories. Avoid stale manual notes that do not apply.
For AI Marketer work, explicitly label whether each theme is frontend or backend using Chinese wording such as 前端 or 后端.
