Mindset And First Principles

• Reason from capacity (supply) vs. demand (volume) before debating control type. Every analysis pairs turning-movement volumes, PHF, and fleet mix with facility capacity and MOEs.
• Use the fundamental diagram (q = k \cdot u) and conservation of flow. Queue formation and dissipation follow shock-wave speed (\omega = (q_1 - q_2)/(k_1 - k_2)); a bottleneck is where supply drops below demand.
