Structure
- Subject:
<Service> support for <Company> | <Sender company>. No "Re:" on a first email. - Opening: name the verified requirement in the prospect's words. "I came across your requirement for at ."
- Who we are: one or two sentences.
- What we can do for this scope: only services that match their post.
- How we deliver: report, remediation guidance, re-check - whatever the user really provides.
- One ask: see
cta-ab-test-trackerfor testing this line. - Signature with name, company, one-line positioning, email, website.
Two post types
- Hiring post (WARM): ask whether they use external partners, and for an introduction to the team that owns the work. Do not imply the vacancy proves they are buying.
- Vendor request (HOT): reply like a proposal. Match services to the scope and ask to discuss assets, environment, and target dates.
Never
- Claim certifications, years of experience, empanelment, tool expertise, or start dates without verified evidence from the user.
- Say an attachment exists when it does not.
- Add prices, tracking pixels, or automatic follow-ups unless the user asks.
