Enough

Ruthless scope-cutting for builders, with memory. Takes any product idea, spec, PRD, feature list, or in-progress project and cuts it down to the minimum version that actually ships and tests the core hypothesis — and then audits the cuts over time so they hold. Use this skill whenever the user shares a product, app, SaaS, tool, or side-project idea and wants a plan or spec; asks "what should the MVP be"; asks "is this ready to ship / launch / good enough"; wonders whether to add a feature; mentions scope creep, feature creep, or a project that's dragging or has been "almost done" for weeks; asks for help prioritizing a roadmap or feature list; asks "should I kill this?"; asks "what should I charge?"; or returns to a prior project with a `.enough/` ledger and wants a drift check. Also use it proactively when a spec or plan the user shares looks bloated — even if they didn't explicitly ask for cuts.
