Move Beyond Swag: Build Experiences Instead

The clearest theme across guest advice is that branded swag (hoodies, hats, stickers) is a weak use of booth budget. Replace it with activations that attendees will remember, talk about, and seek out.

• Create interactive, product-centric experiences that let attendees directly engage with what you sell. At Abundance360, HeyGen partnered with Proto Holograms to display interactive avatars in a hologram machine and built an avatar creation station where executives could generate their own digital twins. Pre-Event Outreach: Drive Traffic Before the Doors Open

• Send a physical item to target attendees before the event that ties directly to your booth activation. If your booth features a Plinko game, mail attendees a Plinko chip in advance with a note telling them where to find you. What NOT To Do
