The formula is: Budget ÷ Historical CPM = Projected Impressions; Projected Impressions ÷ Audience Size = Frequency. This tells you exactly how many times each person will see your ad, and you adjust budget or audience size until frequency aligns with your campaign goals.

Use Lifetime Budgets Instead of Daily Budgets for Niche, Small-Audience Campaigns
