Sync Claude Configuration

This skill syncs Claude Code configuration between local (~/.claude/) and the GitHub repo (pmgraham/claude-agents).

Usage

/sync-config push - Push local config to GitHub
/sync-config pull - Pull latest config from GitHub
/sync-config (no args) - Pull latest (used at session start)

Push (local -> GitHub)

When pushing, copy these files to the repo and commit/push:

~/.claude/settings.json -> ~/projects/claude-agents/settings.json
~/.claude/CLAUDE.md -> ~/projects/claude-agents/CLAUDE.md
~/.claude/skills/* -> ~/projects/claude-agents/skills/
~/.claude/agents/* -> ~/projects/claude-agents/agents/
