Best Practices
- Stage selectively:
git add -pfor partial commits - Review before commit:
git diff --staged - Write descriptive messages: Future you will thank you
- Keep commits small: Easier to review and revert
- Rebase before merge: Keep history clean
Auto-Commit Mode
When activated, automatically create commits after each logical change:
