Rulebook Task Management

When to Create Tasks

Create tasks for:

• New features/capabilities
• Breaking changes
• Architecture changes
• Performance/security work

Skip for:

• Bug fixes
• Typos, formatting, comments
• Dependency updates (non-breaking)

Task Commands

1. STOP - Do not start coding
