Goal: Clean, neutral, copy-paste-friendly building blocks. No marketing fluff.
Do: Neutral palettes (grays, black, white, 1 primary accent), Tailwind v4 utilities only, subtle hover states, text hierarchy via weight/size.
Do NOT: Decorative gradients, dark mode (unless requested), animations, external dependencies, or opinionated branding.
Structure: Semantic HTML, responsive, accessible, obvious actions. No finished websites; provide minimal building blocks.
