執行流程

Phase 0: 載入任務 → 解析 tasks.yaml、排序 waves
    ↓

TDD 強制閘門

Pre-Task Gate（BLOCKER）：

• 測試檔案必須存在
• 測試必須可執行（即使失敗）

Post-Task Gate（BLOCKER）：

• 測試必須通過
• 覆蓋率 ≥ 80%

安全審計

使用 OWASP Top 10 和 CWE Top 25 框架：

• SQL Injection
• XSS
• 認證/授權問題
• 敏感資料處理

CP4: Task Commit

每個 task 完成後必須執行 CP4 Task Commit（增量 commit）。

Phase 4: 自我審查 + 提交

通過條件（IMPLEMENT 階段）：

• ✅ 所有任務完成
• ✅ 測試通過
• ✅ 無 BLOCKER 問題
• ✅ 品質分數 ≥ 80

審查 Agent 不應該開啟 Task：

行動日誌

每個工具調用完成後，記錄到 .claude/workflow/{workflow-id}/logs/actions.jsonl。

記錄時機：

• 成功：記錄 tool、input、output_preview、duration_ms、status: success
• 失敗：記錄 tool、input、error、stderr（如有）、status: failed
