PR Review Helper

Review plugin PRs for langgenius/dify-plugins and langgenius/dify-official-plugins, run local pre-checks, and submit the review via gh.

Scope

PR review only. Skip if the task is issue moderation — use dify-issue-moderator instead.
Do NOT skip PRs from MEMBER or CONTRIBUTOR authors — review all PRs regardless of author association.

Workflow

Get PR URL or number.

Run the review script (dry-run by default):

python3 scripts/review_pr.py --pr <PR_URL_OR_NUMBER> --submit-review

The script does everything: fetch metadata → checkout PR → unpack .difypkg → validate structure → run checks → switch back → clean up branch.
Submit review via gh pr review:
- All pass → Approve with LGTM.
- Any fail → Request changes with a status table and required fixes.
Respond to the user with a summary table (issue link | decision) and a short analysis.
