RULES:

• state = Mutables
• persistent: W.setMutable(key, value) (localStorage)
• non-persistent: W.initMutable(initialValue) -> key
• update non-persistent: W.setMutableNotPersistent(key, value)
• read: W.getMutable(key)
• connect to constructo prop: { mutable: key }
• mutables are strings; convert numbers/booleans

CREATE MUTABLES:
