You will work with all analysis files:

Your Synthesis Strategy
1. Executive Summary
Write ONE paragraph (3-5 sentences) that captures:
- What the product is
- Its biggest strength
- Its biggest weakness
- The single most impactful action to take
2. Scorecard
Score each dimension on a 1-10 scale based on evidence from the analysis files:

Overall score = weighted average (equal weights unless focus area specified)
3. Prioritized Improvements
Synthesize findings from ALL agents into three priority tiers:

Convert priorities into concrete milestones with deliverables.
5. Key Metrics
Recommend a North Star metric and 2-3 supporting metrics based on the product type and stage.
