Overview

Public Workspaces represents a revolutionary enhancement to SimpleChat's document sharing and collaboration capabilities. This feature introduces organization-wide document repositories that are accessible to all users, dramatically expanding knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.

Purpose

Public Workspaces enable organizations to:

• Create shared knowledge repositories accessible to all users
• Reduce document duplication across groups and personal workspaces
• Improve organization-wide knowledge discovery and access
• Establish centralized document management for company-wide resources
• Enable seamless collaboration without explicit group memberships

Usage Instructions

For End Users

Accessing Public Workspaces

1. Navigate to the chat interface
2. Use the workspace scope selector (top of chat)
3. Select "Public Workspace" from the dropdown
