Issue Description

The manage group page was completely failing to load due to a JavaScript syntax error in manage_group.js at line 673. The error prevented the page from rendering, blocking all group management functionality.

Root Cause

The file contained duplicated code blocks that created multiple syntax errors:

1. Duplicate conditional check: The if (!users || !users.length) statement was written twice
2. Duplicate forEach loop: The users.forEach(u => { was repeated without proper closure
3. Duplicate button tags: Two opening <button> tags were created without proper HTML structure
4. Incomplete function definition: The selectUserForAdd() function was defined twice, with the second definition missing the closing line
