4. CTA or question (drive engagement)

Tone: Professional yet approachable Hashtags: 3-5 relevant tags Visual: Recommend carousel, image, or document

Example from blog post:

Original title: "10 Ways to Improve Remote Team Productivity"

LinkedIn version:
Remote teams are 35% less productive. Here's why:

Most companies focus on tools. But tools don't solve the real problem.

The issue? Lack of intentional communication.

We analyzed 500 remote teams and found that high-performing teams:
• Have daily 15-min standups
• Use async updates religiously
• Set clear "focus time" blocks

The result? 2x output with same team size.

What's your remote team's biggest challenge?

#RemoteWork #Productivity #TeamManagement

Twitter/X Thread

Format: Conversational, punchy Length: 280 chars per tweet, 5-10 tweet threads Structure:

1. Hook tweet (create curiosity)
2. Context tweet (set up the insight)
3. Value tweets (3-7 tweets with key points)
4. Conclusion tweet (summary + CTA)

Tone: Direct, energetic Hashtags: 1-2 max Visual: Can attach image to first tweet

Example transformation:

1/ Remote teams are struggling with productivity. But it's not what you think.

2/ Most companies blame tools. "We need better project management software!"

Wrong.

3/ We studied 500 remote teams. The high-performers did 3 things differently:

4/ ① Daily 15-min standups (NOT long meetings)
② Async updates (not constant Slack pings)
③ Sacred focus time (no interruptions 9-12)

5/ The result? 2x output. Same team size.

6/ The secret isn't tools. It's intentional communication.

Instagram Caption

Format: Visual-first, story-driven Length: 125-150 words + emojis Structure:

1. Visual hook (relates to image)
2. Story or insight
3. Relatable moment
4. CTA (comment, save, share)
5. Hashtags (10-15 in first comment)

Tone: Conversational, emoji-friendly Visual: MUST recommend image concept

Example transformation:

📊 35% productivity drop. That's what remote work did to most teams.

But here's the thing—it's not about the tools 🛠️

We analyzed 500 remote teams and discovered the high-performers have one thing in common: intentional communication.

✨ Here's what they do:
• 15-min daily standups (not hour-long meetings)
• Async updates (no Slack chaos)
• Protected focus time (9-12am = no interruptions)

Result? 2x the output with the same team 🚀

Best Practices

Preserve Core Value

• Don't lose the main insight when shortening
• Keep the "aha moment" intact
• Maintain any unique perspective

Optimize for Platform

• LinkedIn: Professional, insight-driven
• Twitter: Conversational, punchy
• Instagram: Visual, story-based
• Email: Personal, value-focused

Maintain Brand Voice

• Adjust formality, not identity
• Keep terminology consistent
• Preserve company values

Add Context

• Not every repurposed piece needs full context
• But readers should understand the value
• Link back to source for more depth

Error Handling

If source file not found: → Ask user to verify path

If source content is unclear: → Ask clarifying questions about key messages

If format is unfamiliar: → Ask for examples or clarification

If brand voice is ambiguous: → Ask about tone preferences

Final Notes

Great repurposing isn't just shortening—it's adapting intelligently for each medium while preserving core value.

Each repurposed piece should feel native to its platform, not like a forced adaptation.

Now help the user get maximum value from every piece of content! 🚀
