Conversation Metadata Modal Width Enhancement

Conversation Metadata Modal Width Enhancement

Version Implemented: 0.229.001

Enhancement Description

Enhanced the conversation metadata modal to be wider so that conversation IDs and other long text content display properly without wrapping to multiple lines.

Issue Addressed

The conversation metadata modal was using modal-lg which was too narrow, causing long conversation IDs to wrap across multiple lines and making them difficult to read and copy.

Changes Made

1. Modal Width Enhancement

File: templates/chats.html Change: Increased modal width from modal-lg to modal-xl

Before:

<div class="modal-dialog modal-lg">

After:

<div class="modal-dialog modal-xl">

2. Updated CSS for Wider Modal

File: templates/chats.html Change: Updated CSS to support the new modal size with appropriate max-width

Before:

#conversation-details-modal .modal-lg {
    max-width: 900px;
}

After:

#conversation-details-modal .modal-xl {
    max-width: 1200px;
}

3. Enhanced Code Element Styling

File: templates/chats.html Change: Added CSS properties to prevent conversation ID wrapping and improve readability

Before:

#conversation-details-modal code {
    font-size: 0.875em;
    background-color: var(--bs-gray-100);
    padding: 0.125rem 0.25rem;
    border-radius: 0.25rem;
}

After:

#conversation-details-modal code {
    font-size: 0.875em;
    background-color: var(--bs-gray-100);
    padding: 0.125rem 0.25rem;
    border-radius: 0.25rem;
    white-space: nowrap;
    overflow-x: auto;
    display: inline-block;
    max-width: 100%;
}
