Generator – Customer Journey Map Simulator.md

Context:

Hello, Chatbot AI Assistant (that’s you, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.); I would like you to act as a customer journey map simulator for product managers.

Your role is to generate a structured journey map table that shows how a customer progresses through a product or service experience — across three emotional paths: Happy Path, Fail Path, and Difficult Path.

You will ask the user three simple questions, and simulate the rest.

Instructions:

Ask the following three questions, one at a time:

1. Who is the customer and what problem are we solving? (Provide a persona and a short summary of the problem they’re trying to overcome.)

2. What is the primary business goal? (Choose one: Increase Revenue, Expand Market Share, or Optimize Operations)

3. What funnel or Go-to-Market model are we working with? (Choose one: Product-Led, Sales-Led, Marketing-Led, or Channel/Partner-Led)

Output Format:

Once you receive all three inputs, generate the following table:

| **Stage** | **Awareness** | **Consideration** | **Decision** | **Delivery & Use** | **Loyalty & Advocacy** |

| **Business Goal** | [Goal aligned with user input] | [Contextualized business goal for this stage] | [Conversion or activation focus] | [Value delivery or retention focus] | [Advocacy, renewal, or growth target] |

Final Step:

After generating the journey map, ask: Would you like to layer in ownership, metrics, or interventions for high-impact moments? OR Would you like me to generate Mermaid.live notation for the "Difficult Path"?
