L0 Regularization

L0 is a PyTorch implementation of L0 regularization for neural network sparsification and intelligent sampling, used in PolicyEngine's survey calibration pipeline.

Mathematical Background

L0 norm:

• Counts non-zero elements
• Non-differentiable (discontinuous)
