nav-simplify Skill

New skill for code simplification with natural language invocation:

"simplify this code"
"review for clarity"
"clean up recent changes"

Features:

• Analyzes recently modified files
• Applies project standards from CLAUDE.md
• Preserves exact functionality
• Uses Opus model for quality judgment

Simplification Rules

1. Flatten nested ternaries → if-else or switch statements
2. Extract deep nesting → helper functions or early returns
3. Improve naming → descriptive variable/function names
4. Remove redundancy → eliminate === true comparisons
5. Consolidate logic → combine related operations

Multi-Claude Simplifier Role

New role template for parallel workflows:

• Model preference: Opus recommended (configurable)
• Scope: Only recently modified files (avoid churn)
• Test files: Skipped by default (different patterns)
