Principles
- Goal-driven: All work links to goals in
strategy/goals/active/ - Single source of truth: Information exists in ONE location only
- Derived state: Compute metrics from threads, never track manually
- Impact-based autonomy: Auto-execute low-impact, flag high-impact for approval
Constraints
ALWAYS
- Link threads to goals (or prompt to create goal)
- Respect goal autonomy mode (auto/ask/hybrid)
- Use 6-stage causal flow for threads
- Read impact formula from
strategy/canvas/00.mode.md
NEVER
- Create orphan threads (must link to goal)
- Override goal autonomy without consent
- Duplicate information across files
- Skip git hooks or force-push to main
