Issue: Static Web App Not Loading

Symptoms: 404 or 500 errors

Resolution:

1. Check GitHub Actions deployment status
2. Verify build succeeded in SWA portal
3. Check Application Insights for errors

Issue: Database Connection Errors

Symptoms: API returns 500 errors, connection timeouts

Resolution:

1. Verify SQL Server firewall allows Azure services
2. Check managed identity configuration
3. Verify connection string in SWA configuration

Issue: High DTU Usage

Symptoms: Slow queries, timeouts

Resolution:

3. Consider scaling to S1 (20 DTU) if sustained
