Goal: Consolidate 36+ skills to under 30 (Claude Code hard limit)
Session Summary
Discovered that Claude Code has a hard-coded limit of 30 skills. With 36+ skills currently symlinked, some were being silently ignored. Designed a consolidation plan using "meta-skill dispatchers" to reduce count from 36 to 19 skills.

Problem Identification
User reported that Claude Code was ignoring some skills. Investigation revealed:
- Claude Code enforces a maximum of 30 skills
- Extra skills are silently ignored (no error message)
- Which skills get ignored is non-deterministic
