Generate and manage Claude Code skills following Anthropic best practices.
When to Use
User wants to: create skill, update skill, validate skill structure, contribute skill to repository.
Workflow
1. Mount Skill
- Read
.claude/skills/skiller/SKILL.md
2. Gather Requirements
- Skill name, description, 3-5 key features
- Use AskUserQuestion if unclear
3. Create Structure
.claude/skills/{name}/

4. Validate
wc -l SKILL.md # Must be < 150
wc -l README.md # Must be < 100
5. Test
- Verify frontmatter YAML
- Check file structure
- Validate line counts

Does not delegate. Executes directly using Read, Write, Edit tools.
Critical Rules
- SKILL.md < 150 lines (MANDATORY)
- README.md < 100 lines (MANDATORY)
- Reference files < 200 lines each
- Always validate with
