Streaming Mechanism
- Scroll Execution:
- Evaluate current scroll position
- Execute scrollBy(0, -scroll_amount)
- Wait for stabilization
- Return updated element list
- Boundary Handling: Stops at scrollTop=0 (page top)
- Element Indices: May change as elements re-enter viewport
